PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

The following policy applies to all orders placed with IMPRIMETESPLANS.COM as well as all companies and sub-companies belonging to the 9387-2935 Quebec Inc. group, including but not limited to AGENCE JCN, IMPRIMERIE JCN, LETTRAGE DRG, LETTRAGE RG, IMPRIMERIE LEGROS, NUPRINT MEDIAS, NUPRINT.CA, IMPRIMETESPLANS.COM, DRAPEAUPRO.CA.

1. – Disclosure of collected information

ITP does not disclose any information collected to third parties outside the site without your prior consent. The information collected is only visible and used by ITP administrators.

It allows ITP to open an account in your name, to process your order, to contact you, to personalize its relationship with you and, if you authorize it to do so, to send you, from time to time, personalized information on the Site and its products. In addition, ITP does not sell its user lists. You always have the option of requesting that you no longer receive information from ITP by asking us in writing to delete your account. Only duly authorized employees and representatives (all those involved in the sale or marketing of products and services) may have access to your file, in the strict performance of their duties.

 

2. – Protection of personal information

IITP has implemented state-of-the-art security measures to protect you against the loss or unauthorized use of your personal information, including your credit card information, which is under ITP's exclusive control. The servers that host our website use the latest information transmission technology ("Secure Socket Layers" or 128-bit SSL encryption), which makes their transmission highly secure as it is used by the major Canadian banks.

All of your personal information is encrypted by SSL at the time of entry, making it impossible to read during its transfer via the Internet. No information related to the order, including your name, address and credit card number, circulates openly on the Internet.

However, no security mechanism is perfect and you should be aware that there is always a certain level of risk that the personal information you transmit to ITP may be disclosed, through no fault of ours and without your consent. ITP declines all responsibility with regard to the fact that such confidential information about you could be disclosed, except in the event of negligence on our part. Please note that, for your security, no credit card information is stored on the servers we use. If you are concerned about the confidentiality of your credit card use on the Internet, we invite you to submit your order by telephone and to speak to one of our representatives to proceed with payment via written authorization by fax, using the document provided for this purpose.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time and the right to disclose your personal information to the extent that we are required to do so by law or to protect our proprietary rights in the site or those of its users, sponsors, advertisers or suppliers.

3. – Control of Personal Information

From the My Account page, you can validate or modify your personal information at any time. You can also complete these procedures by contacting customer service directly. If you wish to close one or more accounts, you must contact Customer Service directly in writing at info@imprimerietesplans.com. ITP reserves the right to close an account on www.imprimetesplans.com without notifying the customer and without providing any justification to the customer before or after the closure.

4. – Security and efficiency of the network

We cannot guarantee total efficiency and security. It is possible that a hacker could succeed in breaking into the server. It is therefore important to keep in mind, BEFORE USING YOUR IDENTITY TO BROWSE AND/OR TRANSACT on www.imprimetesplans.com, that it is always possible that an ill-intentioned individual could access ITP's servers and use, for his own purposes, certain personal information left by the members. The www.imprimetesplans.com website may experience occasional outages and some programming errors may be caused by updates or by events beyond the control of the administrators. When shopping online, you can verify that you are in secure mode by ensuring that the URL (web address) link begins with https:// rather than http://

ITP cannot be held responsible if an order is not received following a computer problem that could have caused delays in the production and/or delivery of this order. At any time you can validate that your order has been placed in MY ORDERS.
